Sixer Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Sixer and all its users. By registering on Sixer or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

• Sixer officers, employees, and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in real-money games.

Each person is permitted only one account on Sixer. The following rules apply to all account-related matters.

• One account only: Multiple accounts opened by the same person, device, payment method, or IP address are not permitted. If detected, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Accurate Information: The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must always be accurate and up to date. Please update them immediately if anything changes.
• Password Security: Keep your account password private. Never share it with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: You may not allow anyone else to use your account. Selling your account is also strictly prohibited.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no activity for more than 12 months may be marked as inactive. If you have a remaining balance, please contact support.

Sixer believes gaming is for entertainment — it should never become a problem. That's why we actively provide responsible gaming protections.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 72-hour waiting period.
• Session Timer: Set a limit on how long you play. Once the time is up, you'll be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: If you'd like to take a break, you can temporarily deactivate your account yourself — for anywhere between 7 days and 5 years. Logging in is not possible while an exclusion is active.

• You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

• Balances in accounts closed due to prohibited activity may be forfeited.
• Sixer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any of its services at any time without any obligation to provide compensation.

Sixer is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures. That said, we always work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
